Terms and Conditions for Contributions:

As a certified 501c4 contributions to No Mandate are tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Donors should consult their tax advisors about the tax treatment of their contributions. Contributions from foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Law requires we ask for your employer and occupation. If you don’t have an employer or are retired, put N/A, and if you are self-employed put “self-employed” in employer and describe your occupation.

By clicking “Donate,” you confirm that the following statements are true: (1) I am a United States Citizen or an individual lawfully admitted for permanent residence; (2) I am not a federal government contractor; and (3) this contribution is made from my own personal funds – no one has advanced me funds to make this contribution, and no one will reimburse me for it, and if it is being made by credit or debit card, it is my card which I have the legal obligation to repay; (4) I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.

Donations received by No Mandate Inc will be used at the discretion of the organization’s directors to fund all of its activities to best promote its policy agenda.
